In the year 2014, the group has decided to consolidate the business activities of different companies, namely African Agro Commodities Ltd., Shamantaka Industries Ltd. under one umbrella with the new corporate identity as Lionseal Industries Ltd., to achieve better focus, operational synergy and economy of scale.
